Easy Return Policy

How do I return an item purchased? 
Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state, within 7 Days of Delivery.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Just click on Return/Exchange and log in with your email ID and OTP. Go to the "Manage Order" section, click on "Return," and place the return request by choosing the appropriate reason.

Alternatively, you can contact us via email at "care@cliqtoday.com" to request a return. Once you have initiated a return, you will receive a call, if required, explaining the process.

Requirements for Return/Exchange:
To begin a return, you may be asked to provide a clear photo of the product and its invoice or label slip. If we need these documents, we'll contact you. You can share them with us through WhatsApp or email.

Important:

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Terms & Conditions

  • Some items are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product.
  • Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.
  • Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
  • In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
