How do I return an item purchased? 
Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state, within 5 Days of Delivery.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Just click the Return/Exchange  and fill the email Id/Contact no and Order Id and submit details. or Contact Us/WhatsApp to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Requirements for Return/Exchange:
Need to share product's clear photo and invoice/label slip to initiate return request. Can be shared through WhatsApp or Email.

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Terms & Conditions

  • Some items are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product.
  • Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.
  • Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
  • In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
